Privacy Notice.

The website located at www.getleadr.com (the “Website”) is owned, controlled and operated by Leadr Pty Ltd (ACN 621 657 743) (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

In order for us to operate the Website, we may need to handle Personal Information.  While we are not bound by the Privacy Act, we take privacy of Personal Information seriously.

This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) sets out how we collect, handle and use Personal Information in connection with our operation of the Website from you (the “User”, “you”, “your”). The Privacy Notice should be read in conjunction with the Website Terms.

This Privacy Notice may change. If we change our Privacy Notice, we will display notice of changes on the Website.  Please check for updates regularly.

A. DEFINITIONS

Where a definition is used for the first time in the Privacy Notice, it will appear in bold text.

Business” means the business we operate known as LEADR, which provides various digital marketing services to businesses such as search engine optimisation, search engine marketing, social media advertising, digital display marketing, digital video marketing and offline media buying.

Personal Information” means any information or opinion, whether true or not, about a person who is identified or whose identity can reasonably be established, and not limited to information in a material form.

Terms of Service” means an agreement setting out terms and conditions for all matters relating to services provided by the Business, located at https://getleadr.com/service_terms_and_conditions/.

Privacy Act” means Privacy Act 1998 (Cth).

Website Terms” means the terms and conditions for accessing, browsing and using the Website as amended or updated from time to time, located at https://getleadr.com/terms_and_conditions/.

B. PRIVACY NOTICE

1.1 In order to provide access to the Website, we need to handle your Personal Information.

1.2 The kinds of Personal Information we may collect through the Website about you include your name, email address, residential address, business address, credit card details, phone number and business/company name.

1.3 We may also collect information relating to the geographical location of the device you are using to access the Website, your IP address and your browsing activity on the Website. We collect this information through the use of browser cookies and Google Analytics, which may also result in the collection of non-personal statistical information.
